A vocation that I followed and undertook at a very young age, always living it as a daily passion, a constant search for quality and refinement of my personal interpretation of dry pastry.A job of tenacity and dedication, between the sacks of flour and the oven, in which fatigue has always been tempered by the impetus for creation and the desire to experience every day the moment of magic when my hands meet the ingredients and prepare the dough that will give shape -and life- to my ideas”.
The creation of an excellent quality biscuit relies on the balance between two fundamental aspects. On the one hand, we have the baker’s technique – whose task it is to ensure that everything is done to perfection – and on the other, the selection and research of high quality ingredients. Craftsmanship alone is not enough: it may give you a good biscuit, but the first step to excellence necessarily lies in the absolute quality of the raw material.
Delivery in Luxembourg takes place within three business days from purchase date. Currently we are unable to offer unattended deliveries, if no one is available to receive delivery an attempt card will be left with further instructions.
