Obtained by infusion of Chili Pepper in Volio Extra Vergin Olive Oil. Excellent to season meat or drizzle over pasta and pizza. We recommend using our “Condimento al Peperoncino” over spaghetti, adding only a bit of garlic and fresh parmiggiano cheese, it makes for a simple and delicious meal.

Made from 100% Italian olives crushed together with fresh lemons from Sorrento.Excellent to season grilled or sautéed fish, rice, salads, and as a condiment for dipping fresh vegetables. We recommend using our “Condimento al Limone” over fresh grilled salmon garnished with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
